The Relaimmo AI connector
Relaimmo is the software a real estate agency runs its business on: its listings, its buyers, its owners. The AI connector lets each agent link their own Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) account to Relaimmo and work from a conversation — find a property, open a listing, see which buyers match, ask for the month's figures, add a note.
The connector acts for the person who linked it, with exactly their rights in Relaimmo — no more, no less — and only while they are using it. It is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and on OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
Connecting an assistant
The server address, the only thing to paste:

- in Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the address;
- in ChatGPT: Settings → Apps and connectors → Create connector, then paste the same address;
- the assistant opens the Relaimmo sign-in page: the agent signs in with their usual account;
- an “Authorise a connector” screen lists what the assistant will be allowed to do. The agent authorises, or declines.
There is no client ID or secret to enter: the assistant registers itself (Client ID Metadata Document, or dynamic registration), and Relaimmo will only return an authorisation to Claude or ChatGPT.
AI connectors are available with the Standard AI and Web AI plans. An agency whose plan does not include them reads, on the authorisation screen, which plan opens them. The administrator can also turn them off for everyone, and connections already open then stop being authorised.

Every write is confirmed by the agent in the assistant before it runs, then recorded in the agency's log. A new listing is created as a draft, offline: publishing stays an action taken inside Relaimmo.
What it will never do
- Publish or withdraw a listing
- Send to a portal
- Delete anything
- Add or remove photos
- See the net-to-seller price or the commission
- Open supporting documents
- Create a user or change a role
These refusals are not settings: no tool allows these actions, and the seller's net price, the agency commission and internal notes appear in no response, under any parameter.
Contact details
By default an assistant receives no contact name, telephone number or email address: the two contact tools are not even offered to it, and matches return only a category and criteria. The agency administrator can turn on “Send contact details to the AI” in Settings → AI connectors; from then on, and only then, an assistant can read the agency's address book. The setting is as quick to turn off as it is to turn on.
A connection opened before that setting was turned on has to be redone: revoke it, then connect again. The AI connectors screen says so on the connection concerned.
The log
Every creation or change made by an assistant is written to the agency's log, with the date, the person, the tool used and the parameters received. The administrator reads it in Settings → Log, filtered on the “connector” channel.
Cutting access
Settings → AI connectors lists the agency's open connections, the person and the date. “Revoke” cuts one connection immediately; the “Allow AI connectors” switch cuts the whole agency. A deactivated account loses its connections.
